  2. If drinking beer is not allowed at the poolside, then smoking should not be allowed too...

  3. drinks/ foods should not be allowed at the poolside if we want to keep our pool clean. Can you imagine after people mabuk, they just throw the can into the pool or vomit near the poolside....no eye see !!!

  4. It all boils down to our civic duties to keep the place clean, not only the poolside, but other areas too.

The list goes on, I recalled pulling a kid out of the pool (I think she had a few gulps of water) because she fell into the pool while her parents was chatting (this is before the railings were installed). But yet, a small kid can still go through the gaps between the railings.

So, all have to be watchful, that's all I am saying...

  5. By the way, in the rules and regulations book, is food and beverage allowed at the poolside? Can someone confirm this?

  6. Can the MC not just tell SASA to change the guards? For God's sake, we are the pay master lah!!!!!!.
All, I have said it before and I will say it again, don't blame the guards or whoever are the employees, blame the decision makers from PG for their lack of leadership and management skills - quality of the MC personalities resulting in indecision and incompetencies. PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Food and beverage should not be allowed near the poolside for one big reason, that is to prevent contamination of the pool water. If bits of food were to be accidently (or otherwise) dropped into the pool, the bacteria from the decaying food will multiply and at worst case, those in the pool may fall sick. MC can designate a limit area around the pool where no food and drinks are allowed.

  8. Contamination and bacteria...hmmm

Yup, that includes people wearing t-shirts and pants while swimming in the pool...and can swim caps be implemented for better hygiene?

Yes, a designated area for BBQ and food is a definitely a good suggestion...

  9. hi cat... i absolutely agreed with you... like previously Jimmy said: junk in junk out.
the issue is mainly driven by the leadership & management skill & additionally on dedication/commitment.

further, don't you feel the whole idea of MC now is how external focus of bring value to boost up PG selling price while not too much on internal focus on livig satisfaction.

if they are care more on building good neigborhood & fundamental of living luxury, i don;t think there is any disagreement from residents and we don;t need to talk about them and the negative stuff anymore.
I don;t think anyone of us like complaining here & there right... :)

bring a value of CARE is already a value to PG... don;t you feel that?

    thanks

  12. Hi all, I am back from work.

Wah, i didnt login for almost 2 weeks and missed out so many things... sorry.

I just read all the new article and messages, is PG really so bad?

Luckily my pet cannot 'produce' food in playground, and they dont know how to bark also.. they just swim in tank, hehe.

I saw a dog nearby Datuk Kong there today when i back home.. i dont think that dog has any owner, but my mom told me, it has been few days 'he' is here...

Anyway, is anyone know when will be the next AGM?

    Take care and happy weekend,
    J.

  13. I think too much limitation will only make PG looks like a military school. Eating and drinking by the pool side is ok for me and I guess it's reasonable. There are many apartments and condos with barbeque pit by the pool side. That's where most ppl have the function. It's individual civic conciousness for not leaving food behind or throw it into the pool. Of course accident do happens and sometimes kids might unintentionally drop foods into the pool. It's not that serious until contamination will cause bacteria to harm the user. In fact the pool is an open pool where birds dropping could fall from the sky anytime. We might be drinking bird shit while swimming
This is my personal point of view

  14. Jimmy,

The wolves are legally elected to spend residents' money. Even if you question, they will ignore you. What can you do? Who ask you to elect them

  15. hi all,
for those who know car owner PDM-1232 blue color Ford Lynx TX3, can you ask he/she to not park the car at the entrance of PG nor in front of guard house?

Does he/she know that that place not supposed to park car???

The road is eventually very narrow already and what for he/she behave so SELFISH to give inconvenient to all of us??? DAMN STUPID SELFISH 'as....e' !!!
you knoe, this car keep parking there for many nights...

    Please obey the rule larr...

    thanks, ad

  16. Ad,

Not only this car. There are many more. The guards purposely leave it as open goal because the supervisor cannot park his car there after many omplaints. May-be PDM 1232 has paid parking fee to use the place. Side income for Security since they are so lowly paid. How to pay for car petrol if no cari makan? It is only fair that all residents can also park there since Mgt is sleeping.

  17. j & all,

the 'tahi' was not removed yet... you can imagine how efficient our management is... maybe they think this is just a foo from MC, hence no issue wat.

their priority now is how to spend PG (residents money) on no value big & giant projects and without telling residents what is going on. it's all your judgement to comment on their moves... you may or may not like it. but, it's our money. it should be transperant. they must use it more wisely to increase the staying comfort rather than the outlook.

i believe the message to the PDM-1232 is not only on illegal parked their, but also need to think about any consequenses of emergency or evacuation (if any)... parking, anyone can park either legally or illegally (depends on inividual mentality), but the key note is whether you have consider the convenient & safety is another aspect that may affect the situation when it was happened... or just think about personal convenient.
(you all make the call... no body can force you do right or wrong thing, it's youself initiation to behave goo or bad to yourself, in front of your family members or others).

    take care & good luck...

    thanks

  18. Hi Albert,

Your comment is the most logical. It all comes down to individual sense towards civility. There are already too many freaking rules and PG is about to become a police state, a monastery or Fort knox!!!!! You decide…..

For me this is our home and you can do anything [as long as it does not physically affect other residents or cause damage to common property] by/beside/at the pool but try not to do it at the edge of the pool or in the pool.

Hmmm…. I won’t complain if some adventurous couple is making an exploring scene there and I will enjoy watching it but I will immediately tell them off if they try to do their washing in the pool ….LOL

  19. Ad,

I believe it must be you who posted the latest comments date 13 December 2009 05:19. Did you submit a complaint? I had said it before, MC will not entertain blog complaint.

As a MC and a human of sound mind, I don't take shit. I can't comment on others. As there is no sub-committee to handle any kind of shits, I shall ask the cleaner to remove it by TODAY. You can send the shit to me if you still see it when you come home.

On the source of the shitting problem, sorry I can't help. I've been reminded by fellow MCs to mind my own business. Don't be a HERO. You understand?

  20. LT Yeoh,

Relax, relax ... your fellow MCs remind you to mind your own business. Maybe you should take their advice and leave the MC. That would be 'minding your own business'.

  21. If LT resigns from MC, then it is Armageddon for PG...

    ReplyDelete
  22. Armageddon? i thought is 2012.. lol..

Anyway, recently i felt like this blog is sided to talk about all the complaints in PG more than other things, compare to previous days, where we chat other things, which is out of PG issue..

like LT said, we, as resident, we should do our part, write the complaint form and submit to relative PIC with own verification method ( I surely will take pic with the form receipient with specified date and time).. if really not taking place, then complaint in appropriate way as they wont entertain us within this blog...We at least show right example to MC and if everyone do the right way and complaint with the right way with strong evidence, i dont think MC will be sitting there and do nothing.
At least they have brain to think what would happen if they still do nothing, and not brainless (I hope so).

Lets talk about something which is fun, relaxing, some updates in technology, food, living, travel, etc, and whatever... greetings season is coming, we should plan for some celebration with friends and family, right?

    Cheer up!
